Frequently asked questions

Why do free alerts go out 15 minutes later?
Because that is what funds the radar. The delay is stated, the same for everyone, and it is the only difference between free and Bailo+ on alerts. In Geneva half of the listings disappear within two days: 15 minutes do not change everything — but viewing slots for a sought-after listing go within the first hour.
What is in the “application guide”?
What the agency expects from you for this listing, in order: whether a viewing is required before applying, which channel gets you the viewing (direct number, form, online agenda), which documents to attach — checked against your vault —, the pre-filled form, and how to submit the file after the viewing. Recorded agency by agency; anything unconfirmed is marked “to be confirmed”.
Does paying increase my chances of getting the flat?
Only indirectly: being notified instantly and applying without error or delay puts you among the first complete files. The decision belongs to the agency — we will never claim to influence it.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in one click, no questions asked. Access stays active until the end of the paid period. No hidden renewal, no minimum term.
Where is my data?
In Switzerland. The vault is encrypted in your browser: we cannot read your documents, and a replayable technical audit verifies it. You can export and delete everything in two clicks.
