The current month is partial and consolidates continuously. A new edition is fixed on the 1st of each month.
Methodology
Bailo records the listings published on Geneva agencies’ websites every 2 to 5 minutes, timestamping their appearance and removal. “Detected” counts apartment and house listings that appeared during the month; “removed”, those that left the sites; the median rent covers asking rents (excluding charges when distinguished) of listings online during the month; lifetime is the median gap between appearance and removal. These are asking rents — not the rents of running leases measured by cantonal statistics. No value is estimated.
